Fees for Courses

At the RRCC, we make every effort to keep the fees for our courses as affordable as possible. Our rates range from $20 to $50 per class, and our courses generally run from 4 - 10 weeks. So, a 4-week course at the $30 per class rate would cost $120. We do offer a sliding scale for low-income clients, and we offer discounts for current or past clients of The Therapy Dude as well as discounts for former students of Dr. Michelle.

Fees for Educational Support Groups

In order to make our educational support groups as accessible as possible to all who might benefit from the group, we only charge $20 per group meeting. Groups usually meet for 6 - 8 weeks. So, a 6-week educational support group would cost $120. Discounts may apply for family members attending the same support group.

Fees for Workshops and Seminars

Corporate Rate

Our fee for a workshop, seminar or class that we deliver at your site is $250/hr with a 2-hour minimum. Additional fees may be assessed for groups larger than 20.

Non-profit Rate

If you are a non-profit or a public school, our fee is $125/hr with a 2-hour minimum. Additional fees may be assessed for groups larger than 20.

Fees for Counseling

The fees for service are considerably below market value and are offered on a sliding scale based on one's ability to pay. The fee range for individual, couples and family counseling is typically between $40 and $80 per 50 minute session. The fee range for group counseling is typically between $10 and $30, depending on the size of the group, and the group session lasts for approximately an hour and a half.

Payments

For workshops and seminars, a 50% non-refundable deposit is due on the day that the agreement for services is made, and the remaining 50% is due on the day the workshop or seminar is conducted.

For courses and educational support groups, a non-refundable 25% deposit is due at the time of registration, 50% is due on the first class day or group meeting, and the remaining 25% is due by the second class or group meeting.

We accept cash, checks and money orders. You may also pay by credit, debit or PayPal. However, if you pay by credit, debit or PayPal, you will be charged a 3% processing fee.
